Yesterday I spent the inner drive to continue this journey.
too good and too exciting was the arrival in front of the Basilica of San Francesco.
I downloaded, emptied, my journey ends here, I will take up to reach Poggio Bustone next year.
After all the idea I do not mind, I'll have a whole winter to find the right boost to push me to put his knapsack on his back.

So off in search of signs of the old pilgrims in Assisi.

Along the road from the town square leads to the basilica, behind a glass door that protects it, there's this little chapel that was once the church hostel for pilgrims. On the right wall dominates the painting represents the miracle of the cocks of Santo Domingo de la Calzada. You see the young man hanged supported by St. James.
